Bronson is a low-ranking soldier in the [[Arkbolt]] militia. Due to the events of [[Wayfarer's Pass]], the King of Arkbolt has been searching for a powerful warrior to eliminate the [[Lizzie|squatting monster]] and open up the path for safe travel again.

As such, Bronson is the first of the kingdom's finest that the [[Hero ~~(Dragon Quest VI)|Hero]]~~ must defeat in order to get a shot at the posted [[Sunderbolt blade|reward]]. The man has trounced his fair share of would-be brawlers, and isn't impressed with the party at first glance.
