Burrowell is a city located in southeastern Torland in Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line.
Despite appearing on the world map, the city located almost entirely underground and the Luminaries need the Gold Key to enter the city.

Unable to evacuate the entire town, they buried the buildings.
