Captain Levanter is a character in Dragon Quest Treasures and is a key member of the Sylphanian Expedition.
Appearance and personality
Levanter is an Orc with a yellow coat of fur, blue skin, a wild mohawk, and a stubby mustache on the sides of his snout. He wears a black tunic with silver trim and a plate of blue armor fastened to his side with a brooch modeled after a tree-leaf branch with a berry in the center. His wrists are covered in leather guards with overlapping blue plates of metal, and his boots are made of a similar design.
