Mean Sweep is an ability in the Dragon Quest series. It tries to trip an enemy and is an upgrade from Leg Sweep.

In the 3DS version, hybrid abilities no longer exist and Mean Sweep is learned normally by advancing to rank 4 as a Sailor. Mean Sweep causes damage and may prevent an enemy from acting their next turn.

BigTrip evolves from LegSweep once a monster has reached certain level and attribute requirements.
