The Splitting headache is a monster in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VII.
Characteristics
Splitting headaches are horned skulls similar in appearance to a Mild headache. However, rather than a sword going through them, they have the handle of a sharp axe going through their skulls. They are able to use these axes to lower the defence of opponents and land desperate attacks on them.
