The Copper ore is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series. It is a common mineral that is used as a crafting ingredient for weapons and armor.

Appearances

Dragon Quest X

The copper ore is used as a blacksmithing ingredient in the creation of basic equipment. It can be purchased from a material store, picked up from sparkly spots, or dropped by certain monsters.

Dragon Quest XI

Copper ore can be purchased from Heliodor (3DS version only) and Havens Above for 40 gold or received from sparkly spots at Cobblestone Tor, the Heliodor Region, Heliodorian Foothills, the Manglegrove, the Hotto Steppe, Gallopolis Region, the Costa Valor, and Laguna di Gondolia. It has a 116 chance of being dropped by Leafy lamplings and a 132 chance of being dropped by Eggsoskeletons and Mecha-mynahs. The copper ore is used in the following recipes for the Fun-Size Forge:
