The Demon Knight is the last version of the skeleton monster in Dragon Warrior. He is pure black like a shadow and has a higher evasion rate that most other monsters in the game. He is usually found south of Hauksness and on the road to Charlock castle. Due to text restrictions in the Gameboy Color remake of Dragon Quest, Dark Skeleton was renamed to Shdwknight.
