Etymology
- Dolph is a Teutonic man's name that means "noble wolf", and is often used as a shortened form of Randolph.
Trivia
- Dolph's name, bulky physique, and stern facial features bear a resemblance to the actor Dolph Lundgren, particularly in his portrayal of the character He-man in the film adaptation of the Masters of the Universe toyline. This would not be the first time that the toyline was referenced in the series.
