Fowleye is considerably more dangerous than [[Elusid]], owing chiefly to having a 100% critical hit rate with his spells and being able to use [[Disruptive Wave]].

This guy is another magic caster.
His main attack spell is [[Kaswoosh]], and he has the [[Divine Intervention]] ability.

The [[Forbearance]] - [[Magic Mirror]] combination is useful, but Disruptive Wave will cancel your Magic Mirror. Remember to queue a [[Multiheal]] / [[Omniheal]] and have the tank recast Magic Mirror the following turn when this happens.

The reflective torso pieces ([[mirror armor]], [[catoptric armor]], [[twinkling tuxedo]], [[shimmering dress]]) may help to some extent.

He will use disruptive wave making him way more dangerous then Elusid.

Despite being more dangerous then Elusid ( which is not a hard thing to do ) he is still nothing great.

He will use kaswoosh commonly.

He can use divine intervention.

The thing that is "special" about this boss is that he has a 100% crit rate for his spells. ( i.e. _____ goes haywire! ) be prepared for that.

Best way to win: is have an HP heavy paladin ( or warrior ) forbearence with magic mirror. This boss might disruptive wave! It's hard to defend magic spells when you can take 4 hard hits at once. Best idea here is also carry mirror armor, or the enhanced version of mirror armor. This helps a lot, have a healer be ready to multiheal if fowleye decides to disruptive wave your magic mirror. take the turn to set that up again, don't try to take 8 haywire hits at once. Good luck with fowleye!
