Characteristics

Frightcrawlers are the large caterpillars with light green bodies, purple heads that are covered in spikes, and pink mandibles filled with sharp fangs. They attack in a similar way to their brethren, by rolling up their bodies and leaping at enemies. Frightcrawlers can poison their enemies, both with the toxic spikes on their body or by exhaling a poisonous breath. This makes them a well known nuisance to adventurers, even if they aren't otherwise particularly powerful.
