The Ghoul is a recurring Undead monster in the Dragon Quest series, introduced in Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line.

Ghouls have rotten blue-grey skin, an unkempt mass of grey hair, and they wear dull red and green rotting clothes.
