The Giant moth is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VI. As its name states, it is a lepidopteran that has grown to monstrous proportions.

Characteristics

Among the most literally named monsters to date, it is an overgrown moth roughly the size of a man's torso that ditched its pathetic proboscis for a set of terrifying teeth.
