The Gold-plated puppet is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest X . Despite its similarities, it's a different monster from the Gold mannequin from the 3ds version of DQVII.

Characteristics

Gold-plated puppets are practically identical to the original earthy puppets they are based on, with both being man-sized dolls with detachable joints held together with magic.
