The Killerpillar is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation, it is a monstrously large green caterpillar with a cartoonish face and a large stinger.
Characteristics
Killerpillars are enormous green caterpillars with magenta-colored undersides and a large spike at the end of their tails. They have a series of red spots running down the length of their body, as well as two on their head that can be mistaken for eyes. As its bestiary info states in Dragon Quest Monsters, it will never grow any larger than its infant form. They attack by rolling themselves up like a wheel to strike foes and can be pesky opponents by bolstering their allies' defence with Kabuff.
