Lanson is a town found in the overworld of Enix's Dragon Quest III. It is only accessible via ship or by Ramia, and geographically aligns with the real world Australia.

Lanson serves as the only access point to the Gia's Navel dungeon. This can be accessed anytime after visiting Lanson, but must be completed by one character alone.
Fading Jenny
Lanson is one of few locations which sells Fading Jenny, and herb that produces the same effects as the Fade spell. This item is useful in retrieving the Bottomless Pot in Edina castle.
