Lanson is located on the southern continent and is only accessible via ship or by Ramia. It serves as the only access point to the Gaia's Navel dungeon, which can be anytime after visiting Lanson.

Lanson is one of few locations that sells Fading Jenny, and herb that produces the same effects as the Fade spell. This item is useful in retrieving the Bottomless Pot in Edina castle.
