Quick save

A temporary save is a saving mechanism included in newer Dragon Quest games and remakes. It allows the player to quickly save the same without being at a typical 'save' location. However, the save is volatile and will be deleted after the player resumes play from the save point. This mechanism is useful when the player must quit the game quickly without having time to travel to a save point.
