The Skeleton is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, introduced in the original Dragon Quest.
Characteristics
Skeletons, are, much like their name would imply, a hostile and occasionally armed skeletons. Interestingly, their skulls are far longer than that of a normal human's, to the point that in some 3D games the cranium curves backwards slightly.
