The Cave West of Noaniels is an optional dungeon in Dragon Quest III. It is located west of Noaniels and south of Elvenham. It contains the Dream Ruby in a treasure chest on its lowest floor. It also contains a healing spring on its 2nd basement, the only dungeon to possess one in Dragon Quest III.
