An Angel bell (originally called Cherub chime) is a common item, first appearing in Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies. When used on an ally, it removes the Confused status ailment.

Angel bells can be bought from certain shops for 90 gold, and can be sold for half price. They are a common item, found in towns such as Port Llaffan and Dourbridge. They can also be dropped by enemies like Chariot chappies and Lost souls.
