Blackmar is one of the antagonists in Dragon Quest VI, and serves as Mortamor's right-hand demon. Blackmar is not a dread fiend, who had all been dispatched to the earth; instead he lords over the Gallows Moor prisoners with an iron fist and harvests misery for his master.
