The Blizzybody is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. It's a blue variant of the flamethrower, being a sinister-looking elemental that's given up fire for the frigid winds of the ninth circle of hell. Their name is a play on the term "busybody".

Characteristics

Blizzybodies are goblin-like humanoid creatures with teal-colored skin, pointy ears, and a mane of blue flames for hair.
