Burning Gale is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact.
Details
Dragon Quest Tact
Ultra Stomp can be learned only by Wrecktor at level 42 and costs 28 MP to use. It deals moderate Woosh-type potency spell damage to any enemies in it's area of effect, and can rarely paralyse. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
