The Prickly prankster is a monster in the series.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Prickly pranksters are one-eyed demonic jesters armed with a large pair of sais. They delight in slashing into flesh with various techniques like Gust Slash. The pranksters are dressed in blue and purple jester's garb with pink rounded hose. These monsters are infamous for being summoned by their master Murdaw in the midst of the battle against him.

Dragon Quest X [edit | edit source]
Prickly prankster appeared from the beginning of the game. They still use Gust Slash and have also learned how to use Flame Slash, Kacrackle Slash, and Lightning Slash. Starting with Version 5.0, vicious prickly pranksters can be encountered in the Netherworld. They continue to use their four elemental slashes, but have grown much stronger.
