The Choppy hopper is a monster introduced in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Emberdale region in the past, Burnmont in both the past and present, the L'Arca region in the past, and Grotta del Sigillo in both the past and present.

Characteristics

The choppy hopper is a green bipedal monstrous marsupial with a purple peculiar underside. It wickedly wields a sharp slicing scimitar in each hand and oddly alternates between hurriedly hopping on each foot every single second in battle. Using its powerful hind legs, it can launch a deadly lunging leaping slash attack on unsuspecting adventurers, dealing extra damage.
