The Phantom fencer is a monster in the series.

Characteristics

Phantom fencers are spirits wearing ragged blue cloaks and wielding rusty longswords. They can perform sword slashes at rapid speed and even enhance their swordsmanship with elemental abilities. Their monster description in some games states that they are the ghosts of swordsmen that continue to wander the world of the living, filled with regret over not being able to protect their loved ones.

Phantom fencers appeared starting from Version 1.3 of the game. They are able to enhance their attacks with Funereal Fource and can land curses with their attacks.
