Frenor

Frenor (or Vrenor in the DS remake) is a town found in Enix's Dragon Warrior IV. When Princess Alena and her party first arrived, there was talk of a princess and her entourage staying at the inn, and a general excitement among all the villagers. When Alena, Cristo, and Brey tried to stay at the inn, the innkeeper would not rent a room to them, as it was occupied by the princess. Soon after, the princess staying at the inn was kidnapped, a ransom note was left and found by a local dog, and Alena and her party left for the cave south of Frenor to obtain the Golden Bracelet. When Alena returned with the Golden Bracelet, the fake princess, May, was set free. In gratitude, May gave Alena the Thief's Key.
