The Frou-frou (リザードファッツ Rizādofattsu) is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.

A beloved pet of Rhapthorne, the frou-frou is a gluttonous lizard that swings its weight around to attack adversaries.
