The Grotwyrm is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII. It is an undead dragon with a rotting body.
Characteristics
Macabre monstrous dragons that shamble into battle, ready to strike at their enemies, despite their walking corpses falling apart and their eyes slipping from their sockets. Their decaying teeth are still sturdy enough to dish out damage with sharp snaps of their jaws and the undead dragon's lungs are full of a chilling ice that they spew all over opponents in increasingly strong bursts.
Appearances
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 Professional
Grotwyrm appears as an A-rank monster of the Undead family. It can be made by synthesizing a Ragin' Contagion with a Great dragon or Rashaverak.
