Isla is a main character in The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below. She is officially described as Chief "Ingeneer" of Arba.

Description

Don't be deceived by her feisty attitude or those flirty one-liners. Isla is so incredibly clever, she built the airship known as the Stonecloud from the very fabric of the city of Caliburgh itself. Calm and collected, she rarely lets an opportunity to add to her extensive research slip by. Her weapon of choice is a boomerang.
