Kirk Buzzer is the boss of Cove's Cove in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen.
He has stolen a rosary from a nun in Femiscyra. As such, the Hero and the party must get it back to clear their name.

- In the remakes, a diary can be found on a shelf in his hideout where he mentions his hope of being likened to Robbin' Hood (the name of Robbin' 'Ood as localized in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker).
- In the Japanese version, as well as theEnix and Square Enix localizations of Dragon Quest III, he shares his name with a prisoner of Aliahan castle, who invented the Thief's Key.
