The Quadrahead is a monster that first appeared in Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride.
Characteristics
As its name implies - it is a collection of four demonic heads. Three of the demon heads are tiny, round, and one eyed. The one at the top is a two horned monster possessing long, wavy orange hair. The other two in the center left and right respectively possess a single horn each and a pair of pointy ears.
