Dragon Quest VI

This armor may be won in either of the game's casinos, and can be found in Howcastle. It provides +66 defense, +51 style, and negates 15 points of magical damage. It can be worn by the Hero, Terry, Carver, Lizzie, Amos, and Goowain.

Dragon Quest VIII

The platinum mail has a defence bonus of +72. Only the Hero and Angelo can wear it.
