The Blessed Baton is a key item in Dragon Quest Tact.
Overview
The baton allows its conductor to sooth monsters and command them with ease. It emits a calming aura that relaxes monsters who have gone mad. So far only two humans have owned it: Amatea and the protagonist.
Mindini uses it when scouting with tickets or gems. Depending on its glow, one can determine what highest rank among the scouted monsters will be.
