Cheer is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It gives a morale boost to a party member, increasing their Attack and Defence shortly.

Details
Cheer can be learned by Emperor slime at level 31 and costs 28 MP to use. It has a range of 1-2 squares away from it, can be used on itself, and raises an ally's ATK and DEF for 3 turns.
