The Robber baron is a monster in Dragon Quest VII.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Robber barons are humanoid thieves with sallow skin and pointed ears. They wear tattered grey robes, blue horned hoods, and brown leather boots. Over their shoulders, they carry a loot sack that they use as a bludgeoning weapon.
