Stale whale appears as an A-rank monster of the Nature family during the second part of the Scintillating Summer! Swimwear, Waves, and Watermelons! event alongside Summer Angel Seraphi on her banner. As of the most recent update in the Japanese version, it can be scouted from any banner, including the Regular SP Scout.
