Dragon Quest Tact
Sizzling Slash is known naturally by Candy cat and Salamander fry and can be learned by Bullfinch, Dancing flame, and Killing machine light at level 16. It costs 3 MP to use and deals 120% Sizz-type physical damage to one enemy. It can also be taught to any unit by using an ability scroll.
