Flourish can be learned by Blindfolded hammerhood at level 26 and costs 24 MP to use. When used, it reduces its damage taken by 15% and increases its physical potency and recovery by 50% for the next turn. Blindfolded hammerhood also possesses the perk Call of the Melon when it is fully awakened, which has a chance to automatically trigger Flourish if it is attacked by an enemy.
