The heart pendant is a neck accessory that increases the wearer's max HP by 2 and has a style bonus of +1. With accessory synthesis, the max HP and style bonuses can be increased and it can gain a small boost to defence, as well.

The quick recipe for the heart pendant can be received from King Flaminio in exchange for 2 mini medals onboard the Stonecloud, while the classic and luxury recipes can be dropped rarely by Muddy hands and Bloody hands.

The heart pendant is a 2★ accessory that increases the wearer's max HP by 2. It can be crafted in the equipment workshop and the bonus to max HP can be increased further.
Dragon Quest Walk edit
The heart pendant is a 2★ accessory that increases the wearer's max HP by 10. It can be dropped by mega monster versions of Golems.
