Characteristics edit
It expels a blast of sand at enemies and is the first earth-elemental breath. Some versions of the attack can also envelop the targets in illusions.

Dragon Quest X edit
Sand Breath is an enemy-only skill used by various monsters. It inflicts Earth-elemental damage to characters in front of the user. The damage range is dependent on the monster that uses it and can be mitigated with the help of Insulatle.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age edit
Sand Breath is an enemy-only skill that is used by the Slayer of the Sands. It inflicts around 25 Earth-elemental damage to the entire party and has a chance to envelop them in illusions. When used, the in-game text states that the user, "spews forth a cloud of dust!".
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince edit
Known as Sandy Sigh in this game, it costs 22 MP to use and inflicts 100~180 Earth-elemental damage to all enemies, with a 40% chance to Dazzle them for 2~5 turns. It is learned through the Blowhard, Breath Worker, Crag Virtuoso, Deep Breather, and Doomsayer talents.
Dragon Quest of the Stars edit
Known as Sandy Breath in this game, it is a event skill, obtained by exchanging Four Spirits Event Tickets. It deals Earth breath type damage to all enemies and can blind them.
Dragon Quest Tact edit
Sand Breath can be learned by Axolotl at level 44 and costs 91 MP to use. It inflicts major typeless breath damage and has a chance to blind all enemies in a T-range in front of the user. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
