Characteristics
The ancestors of the Great sabrecats both figuratively and literally, Sabrecats resemble the smilodons of the real world Plestiocene era and the mane-less Tsavo lions.

Starting with this game, striking sabrecats have become a pink-furred palette swap of the Great sabrecat.
Dragon Quest Tact
Striking sabrecats appear as A-rank monsters of the Beast family. They can learn Singe, Sear, and Hades Pit naturally and their Leader Perk raises the party's martial potency by 5%.
