Slime Dunk is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2. It deals a heavy amount of damage to members of the Slime family. Its name is a pun on the sports term "slam dunk".

Slime Dunk cost 2 MP and deals an extra 35% damage to Slimes. It can be learned from:
- Battle Road Master (6 points)
- Canzar (11 points)
- Fire Fighter (23 points)
- Huntsman (80 points)

Dragon Quest Tact
Slime Dunk can be learned by Handsome crab at level 22 and costs 17 MP to use. It deals 270% potency physical damage to Slimes and 135% potency physical damage to enemies from all other families. It can also be taught to any unit by using an ability scroll.
