Spring Tempest is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Cherreevil blossom's signature spells, calling forth a tornado of cherry blossom petals that can dazzle enemies.

Spring Tempest can be learned by Cherreevil blossom through Talent Blossoming and costs 104 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares in front of the caster, inflicts major Woosh-type spell damage, and has a chance to blind all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
