The stone fangs is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. It is designed for use by monster companions.

Dragon Quest V
The stone fang has an attack bonus of +12. It can only be equipped by Saber and certain monster companions. It's purchased early in Faerie Lae during first generation, and later at Fortuna after the time skip, for 240 gold.

Dragon Quest VII
The stone fangs have an attack bonus of +12 and a style bonus of +3. They can only be equipped by Ruff. They can be purchased from L'Arca in the present and Frobisher for 340 gold and sold for 170 gold. One set can be found in the Grotta del Sigillo in the present, as well.
