Sword of Light
The Sword of Light is a legendary sword belonging to the heraldry of the great hero Erdwin. Through the power of the Fun-Size Forge it can be strengthened into the Super Sword of Light and Supreme Sword of Light.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
The sword is obtained through the events of the game's second act, prior to the confrontation with Mordegon. It must be forged within The Crucible, a smithy hidden in the depths of Mt. Huji, and will require a specific and massive chunk of Orichalcum found only within The Battleground. The tool necessary for the process is The Forging Hammer, owned by the Sultan of Gallopolis.
The Hero lost the sword when he travelled back in time during the third act and is now replaced with the original Sword of Light. However, the sword of light can still be reforging again by collecting the same items than in second act and can be using to forging the Supreme Sword of Light, the ultimate version of the weapon.
