The Devil is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact and is one of Meena's signature abilities, drawing out and unleashing the Tarot Card of the same name to punish her foes with a shadowy blast.

Dragon Quest Tact[edit | edit source]
The Devil can be learned by Meena at level 54 and costs 95 MP to use. It inflicts major Zam-type martial damage to all enemies in a 3x3 square in front of her. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
