The Vladiator is the strongest of the three vampire types in Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation, haunting the northern steppes of Mur.

Etymology
As with the other two vampires, the Vladiator is named after Vlad Tepes III. The Japanese name, Barnabus, is a reference to the character in the vampire soap opera Dark Shadows.
