The Morrimp is a new monster in the Dragon Quest series series and it was introduced in the Nintendo 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.

Morrimps are a subspecies of the imp that are clearly inspired by Morrie of the same game they debuted in. This demon, as the name suggests, has the color scheme of Morrie's clothes with their "costume" constantly having red and green colors everywhere, also in their wings. They wear black gloves and boots of black leather. The pitchfork is replaced by a white spear with golden details and a Slime stack figurine inserted on it.
