The Batboon (formerly ApeBat) is an enemy exclusive to Dragon Quest VII.

Characteristics

Batboons are muscular, anthropomorphic yellow-furred beasts with the characteristics of both baboons and bats as their name implies. They have large ears with light blue insides, a large pair of purple wings on their back, and they wear a copper skull necklace around their necks. They attack by leaping and striking with their fists.
